- 1 12 ounces butter
- 3 -4 tablespoons honey
- 4 bananas, sliced half lengthways
- 1 -2 tablespoon rum
- 1 -2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
- ice cream, to serve
Directions

1Melt butter with honey in a heavy-based frying pan and cook until just beginning to brown.

2Place the bananas in the pan.

3Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelized.

4Add a good splash of rum to the pan and allow to evaporate, then sprinkle with chopped pecans and serve with ice cream.
