  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 14 cup shortening
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted

    Beat butter or margarine and shortening in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.

    Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer.

    Stir in any remaining flour with a wooden spoon.
