Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 12 cups rolled oats
  • 12 cup chopped nuts (preferably macadamias)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raisins

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Lightly grease cookie sheet.

    In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, molasses, egg, milk and salt.

    Blend thoroughly.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Drop by rounded teaspoons two inches apart onto a prepared cookie sheet.

    Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

    Immediately remove from cookie sheet and cool.

    Store in a tightly covered container.
