Honey Nut Rolls

Ingredients
- dough (use any roll dough with good results)
- 1/2 c. strained honey
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

2Brush with melted butter. Mix brown sugar and chopped nuts.

3Sprinkle over dough.

4Pour honey onto the sugar and nut covered dough.

5Roll up as for jelly roll. Oil muffin tins well.

6Put 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 4 pecan halves in each ring.

7Top with a 1 1/4-inch round of dough; cut end down.

8Brush with melted butter.

9Let rise to double in size.

10Bake 15 minutes or until light brown at 425°.

11Invert while hot or the rolls will stick.

12Makes 2 dozen rolls.
