- 1 c. butter
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Allow butter to reach room temperature and then cream together with honey and vanilla.

3Gradually add the flour and nut mixture.

4Do not overbeat.

5Pat dough into an 11 to 12-inch pancake on an ungreased cookie sheet.

6Score halfway through into pie piece wedge shapes.

7Bake 40 minutes until lightly browned.

8Cool 10 minutes before cutting wedges all the way through.
