- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients together and heat until very warm. Combine this warm liquid gradually with 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients.

2Beat 2 minutes.

3Stir in remaining flour to make enough dough.

4Knead until smooth and elastic.

5Put in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.

6Punch down and divide into 2 loaves or 24 rolls.

7Let rise again until doubled.

8Bake at 350° until golden brown and sounds hollow to tap.

9Brush the warm loaves with honey and butter mixture.
