  • 1 (10 to 12 lb.) fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 c. dry mustard
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp. almond flavor

Directions

    Remove skin and fat.

    Place ham on rack in pan.

    Combine mustard and honey; spread on ham.

    Mix brown sugar, vanilla and almond flavoring.

    Pat over entire ham.

    Bake at 325° for 10 minutes per pound.

    Baste often.

    Let set overnight.
