- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant coconut pudding
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease bottom of tube pan.

2In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients; beat for 5 minutes.

3Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon together.

4Put 1/3 of nut mixture in bottom of tube pan.

5Add 1/2 cup of cake mixture.

6Add another 1/3 cup of nut mixture and the remainder of cake batter.

7Add remainder of nut mixture on top of cake.

8Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
