- 1/2 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dice bacon; add onion and fry over medium heat until bacon is almost crisp and onions are clear.

2Add frozen peas and rice, then water.

3Cover and simmer over low heat.

4Cook 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
