  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), halved
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions

    Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min.

    on each side or until done (165F).

    Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

    Add macaroni, water, milk and butter to skillet.

    Cook 8 to 10 min.

    or until macaroni is tender, stirring frequently.

    Stir in cheese until melted.

    Add tomatoes and seasonings; cook 2 min.

    or until heated through.
