- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), halved
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions

1Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min.

2on each side or until done (165F).

3Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

4Add macaroni, water, milk and butter to skillet.

5Cook 8 to 10 min.

6or until macaroni is tender, stirring frequently.

7Stir in cheese until melted.

8Add tomatoes and seasonings; cook 2 min.
