- 6 hard-cooked boiled eggs, cut lengthwise
- 1/4 c. Blue Plate mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- dash of pepper
- dash of paprika
- dill weed (optional)
Directions

1Remove yolks from eggs; lengthwise cut eggs. Set whites aside. In a bowl, mash the yolks until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix well. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Makes 1 dozen.
