- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- caramel ice cream topping
Directions

1In skillet, melt butter.

2Put in coconut and nuts and toast; set aside to cool.

3Mix the cream cheese, Eagle Brand

4milk and Cool Whip.

5Put half of the toasted mixture in with the Cool Whip mixture.

6Stir well; put this mixture into the two pie crusts. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of the toasted mixture on top of the pies.

7Then drizzle ice cream topping on top of each pie.

8These freeze well or keep in refrigerator if you do not freeze.
