- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. water, divided
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Fry bacon; drain and crumble.

2Reserve 2 teaspoons drippings. Combine flour, sugar and salt.

3Mix well with part of the water to make a paste.

4In a pan, heat vinegar and remaining water.

5Add flour mixture.

6Add bacon and drippings.

7Cook to desired consistency.
