- 20 slices bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 1/2 oz. vinegar
- 5 1/2 oz. water
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cube and brown the bacon and pour off the grease.

2Beat together eggs, vinegar and water.

3Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt separately.

4Add bacon and liquid ingredients to saucepan on medium heat.

5Add dry ingredients, stirring constantly with whip until hot and thickened.

6Use over lettuce, endive or tossed salad.
