- 4 oz. noodles, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. leftover ham, cut up
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs (flavored or plain)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

3Cook noodles

4and drain.

5Combine soup and milk in saucepan until smooth.

6Add onion, mustard and sour cream; stir.

7Add hot noodles and ham.

8Toss with a fork.

9Put in the baking dish and top with mixed butter and bread crumbs.

10Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.

11Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
