- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. sherry or orange juice
Directions

1Place prunes, apricots and pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Combine cherry pie filling, water and sherry or juice.

3Pour over fruit.

4Mix well.

5Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Delicious with meats.
