Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except cracker crumbs.

    Sprinkle crumbs on top just before baking.

    Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
