Hot Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 lb. can green beans
  • 1 lb. can yellow beans
  • 1 lb. can kidney beans
  • 1 lb. can pork and beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 small to medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Cook and drain sausage.

    In a large bowl, combine sausage with beans; drain all cans of beans, but pork and beans.

    In another bowl, combine tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar and onion.

    Pour over beans and sausage mixture.

    Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

    Serve hot.
