Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked, sliced beef, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c. (1 oz.) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Saute onions in margarine.

    Add milk and cream cheese.

    Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

    Serve hot with French bread slices or with French, whole wheat or rye bread cubes.
