- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked, sliced beef, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. (1 oz.) Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Add milk and cream cheese.

3Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

6Serve hot with French bread slices or with French, whole wheat or rye bread cubes.
