- 10 lb. beef (not fat), cut in large stew pieces
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1/2 bottle onion salt
- 1/2 bottle celery salt
- 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Place beef in large roaster.

2Cover with water and beer. Roast at 350° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

3Drain off liquid and season with onion salt, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.

4Grind beef cubes and mix back in seasoned liquid.

5Mix well.

6Freezes well.
