- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers or to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) lite or fat-free cream cheese
- 1/4 c. reduced fat shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/3 c. chopped black olives
Directions
