  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers or to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) lite or fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. reduced fat shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 1/3 c. chopped black olives

Directions

    Defrost broccoli and drain.

    Process in bender or Cuisinart. Saute onions in skillet with butter flavor Pam.

    Add tomatoes and peppers.

    Stir in rest of ingredients.
