Ingredients

  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 oz flour
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese
  • 14 oz roasted turkey breast
  • 2 slice Texas toast, crusts trimmed
  • 4 slice crispy bacon
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 paprika & parsley to taste

    In a 2 Qt.

    saucepan, melt butter and slowly whisk in flour until it forms a thick paste.

    Continue to cook on med heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Whisk heavy cream into mixture, bring to simmer.
  5. 5
    Remove sauce from heat and slowly whisk in pecorino romano cheese until the Mornay sauce is smooth, salt and pepper.

    Assemble Brown using turkey, bacon, texas toast.

    Place in oven until cheese is brown and melted.
