  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream

    Store in freezer.

    To use, put 3 tablespoons mixture in mug; add 1 jigger rum.

    Fill with boiling water and top with whipped cream.
