- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Have butter and cheese room temperature.

2Chill slightly. Shape into roll, chill again; slice thinly.

3Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet; flatten.

4Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.

5These freeze nicely, cooked or uncooked.
