- 8 raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large ripe tomato, cut into chunks
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
Directions

1Roll chicken pieces in cornstarch.

2Heat oil in frypan or wok over high heat. Add chicken quickly to brown. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

3Add tomato, mushrooms, onions and celery. Stir. Sprinkle with Accent.

4Add soy sauce. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes.

5Put over lettuce and rice.
