Ingredients

  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chilies and tomatoes (Ro-tel; comes in can)
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Empty cheese soup into top of a double boiler; add cheese pieces.

    Heat over hot water until well blended.

    Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

    Saute onions and pepper in a small amount of butter.

    Add to cheese mixture.

    Add all other ingredients. Keep warm over hot water until ready to serve.

    Serve with taco chips.
