Ingredients
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chilies and tomatoes (Ro-tel; comes in can)
- 2 Tbsp. prepared chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Empty cheese soup into top of a double boiler; add cheese pieces.

2Heat over hot water until well blended.

3Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

4Saute onions and pepper in a small amount of butter.

5Add to cheese mixture.

6Add all other ingredients. Keep warm over hot water until ready to serve.

7Serve with taco chips.
