- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. crumbled Velveeta cheese or Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1In saucepan, simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes.

2In another saucepan, simmer onion, garlic, pepper, parsley, butter, oregano, Tabasco and cayenne until soft.

3Combine two mixtures. Stir in bread crumbs.

4Place in ovenproof dish.

5Top with crumbled cheese.

6Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese; dust with paprika. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; 45 minutes if frozen.
