- 2 cans minced clams and juice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Progresso flavored bread crumbs
Directions

1In a saucepan combine clams and lemon juice.

2Simmer for 15 minutes.

3Melt butter.

4Saute onion, green pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley flakes and pepper in butter.

5To this add bread crumbs.

6Mix in the clams.

7Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
