  • 2 cans minced clams and juice
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Progresso flavored bread crumbs

Directions

    In a saucepan combine clams and lemon juice.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Melt butter.

    Saute onion, green pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley flakes and pepper in butter.

    To this add bread crumbs.

    Mix in the clams.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
