- 3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add bread crumbs.

3Mix.

4Save juice from 1 can of clams.

5Drain the other 2.

6Mix clams, onion, pepper, Tabasco sauce

7and bread crumbs together in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

8Cover.

9Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes.

10Serve hot on crackers.
