  • 3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Add bread crumbs.

    Mix.

    Save juice from 1 can of clams.

    Drain the other 2.

    Mix clams, onion, pepper, Tabasco sauce

    and bread crumbs together in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover.

    Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes.

    Serve hot on crackers.
