Ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams with juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 box crackers
- 3 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 to 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine first two ingredients in a small pan and simmer until soft (about 3 minutes).

2Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add pan mixture to bowl and combine well.

3Spread mixture into a lightly greased quiche dish.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake, covered, at 400° for 20 minutes.

6Uncover and continue to bake for 5 to 10 minutes.

7Serve with crackers.
