  • 1 lb. box chocolate drink powder
  • 1 lb. box sifted confectioners sugar
  • 6 oz. jar instant cream
  • 8 qt. box nonfat dry milk powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and store in gallon container that is airtight.
  2. 2
    To make 1 cup hot cocoa, use 3 tablespoons of mix per 1 cup boiling water; stir.

    Top with marshmallows.
