- 2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 34 cup cornmeal
- 13 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 -6 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients (except the cheese) in a mixing bowl.

2Pour into a 8x8 baking pan and cover with cheese.

3Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

4Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
