  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt margarine in small pan over low heat.

    Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Combine mixture with remaining ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 350°.
