Hot Corn Casserole

- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion soup mix (dry)
- 1/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans white corn or Shoe Peg
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- pinch of sugar
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onion in small amount of margarine.

2Add onion soup and Ro-Tel; stir well and add corn.

3Simmer about 5 minutes; add pinch of sugar.

4Then put in casserole dish and top with cheese. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 300°.

5Serves 6 to 8.
