Hot Crab Bread

- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
Directions

1Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice and garlic salt. Chill. Slice bread in half lengthwise.

2Place on foil or on baking sheet.

3Spread cut sides with margarine. Arrange cheese slices on bottom half of bread and top with crab mixture.

4Cover with top half of bread.

5Carefully cut crosswise into serving pieces 1 inch or wider.

6Wrap in foil.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
