- 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 little canned cream
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- chopped parsley
- 2 slices American cheese
Directions

1Mix crabmeat, cream cheese and a little cream in a bowl. Next, mix in Worcestershire sauce, onion and mayonnaise.

3Spread in a 9-inch pie plate.

4Grate 2 slices of cheese over top and sprinkle with parsley.

5Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Serve hot with firm crackers.
