- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. cocktail sauce or tartar sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 slices cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium bowl, combine crabmeat, sauce, celery, green pepper and lemon juice (if desired).

3Spread equal amounts on muffin halves.

4Bake 5 minutes.

5Top each with cheese slice.

6Bake 5 minutes longer or until hot.

7Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
