Hot Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1/4 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 c. light cream
Directions

1Peel and seed cucumbers.

2Dice them.

3Put onion and cucumbers in butter in frypan.

4Saute 8 to 10 minutes.

5Add chicken broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

6Put in blender with dill, curry powder and cream.

7Blend until smooth.

8Add salt and pepper to taste.

9Put in saucepan and heat just to boiling point (don't continue to let boil).
