  • 2 cans peaches
  • 2 cans pears
  • 2 cans pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit thoroughly and put in a 9 x 13 casserole. Melt butter, sugar, curry powder and dash of salt. Heat until sugar dissolves and pour over fruit. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
