- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 large can pear halves (28 oz.)
- 1 large can apricot halves (28 oz.)
- red and green cherries (can also use regular pitted cherries, purple canned plums and walnut pieces)
Directions

1Melt butter and sugar. Add curry powder.

2(If you like a thick sauce, add 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch.)

3Drain fruit and place in a large flat casserole.

4Decorate with green and red cherries, if desired.

5Add melted curry sauce. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 6.
