- 12 -16 small red potatoes, scrubbed and skin left on
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
Directions

1In large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes whole until just tender.

2Test with a fork after 15 minutes.

3Fork should slide in with little resistance.

4Do not overcook!

5When potatoes are done, place in oven-proof casserole dish.

6Melt butter in saucepan.

7Add flour and stir in milk.

8Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

9Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

10Pour sauce over potatoes and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
