  • 1/3 c. crisco
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 c. milk

    In a mixing bowl combine sugar, crisco, butter and one egg at a time until blended well. Add salt, flour mixture alternated with milk. Add flavoring. Pour in tube pan, bake at 325° for one hour and ten minutes.
