- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 15 ounces corn, canned
- 15 ounces peas, canned
- 10 34 ounces tomato soup, canned condensed
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Brown the ground beef with the onion, celery and green pepper in a skillet, season well with salt and pepper.

2Drain excess fat.

3Cook the egg noodles and drain.

4Pour noodles into a 9 x 13 baking dish.

5Drain the canned vegetables.

6Pour the canned vegetables on top of the noodles.

7Pour the ground beef mixture over all and mix.

8Pour the can of tomato soup over the top (do not add water!

11Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
