- 8 slices bacon
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. can each (2 c. drained): kidney beans, cut green beans, green lima beans and cut wax beans
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain, reserving 1/4 cup drippings.

3Salt and pepper; blend into drippings.

4Stir in vinegar and water; cook and stir until boiling.

5Stir in all beans.

6Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

7Turn into serving dish.

8Crumble bacon on top.

9Serves 10 to 12.
