- 2 to 3 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 to 3 pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 pkg. dried apricots
- 1 box white seedless raisins
- 2 cans pineapple chunks and juice
- 20 to 24 oz. jar apple juice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger or to taste
- 1/2 c. brown sugar (more if sweeter taste is desired)
- 1 small jar well-drained maraschino cherries for color (optional)
Directions

1Mix apple and pineapple juices.

2Add brown sugar and ginger. Add fruit; simmer until fruit is tender.

3Serve warm.
