Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can halved apricots
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pears, cut in quarters
  • 1 can pitted Royal cherries, drained overnight (save juice)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 c. fruit juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large jar maraschino cherries, drained

Directions

    Cook the oleo, brown sugar, curry powder, fruit juice and flour until thick.

    Add pecans and cherries.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Super with ham, chicken, turkey and roast beef.
