- 1 (16 oz.) can halved apricots
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1 (16 oz.) can pears, cut in quarters
- 1 can pitted Royal cherries, drained overnight (save juice)
- 1 stick oleo
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. fruit juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large jar maraschino cherries, drained
Directions

1Cook the oleo, brown sugar, curry powder, fruit juice and flour until thick.

2Add pecans and cherries.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Super with ham, chicken, turkey and roast beef.
