Ingredients

  • 1 large can pear halves
  • 1 large can peach halves
  • 1 medium can apricot halves
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 c. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pecan halves, maraschino cherries and apple rings (optional)

Directions

    Drain all fruit.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix other ingredients; pour over fruit.

    Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 325°.

    This will serve a large group.
