  • 1 c. sliced canned peaches
  • 1 c. sliced canned pears
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. apricots
  • 1/2 c. cherries
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Drain all fruit; reserve 1 cup apricot juice.

    Add brown sugar and cornstarch to 1 cup apricot juice.

    Pour mixture over fruit and bake until fruit is heated at 350°.
