Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 3) can sliced pineapple, drained
  • 1 (No. 3) can pear halves, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can peach halves, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can apricot halves
  • 1 jar red maraschino cherries
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sherry

Directions

    Place all fruit, except cherries, in baking dish.

    Boil together for about 10 minutes in double boiler, until thick as cream, the butter, sugar, flour and sherry.

    Pour sauce over fruit; garnish with cherries.

    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serve hot.
