- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper

1Drain beans and save 1/2 cup liquid.

2Cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon pieces.
